Girl smiles a bashful, but aware smile, as if she knows that it hurts a boy’ feelings to hear her said that, but deep down when she doesn’t care him. Girl hesitates here. Testing him , maybe. Seeing how he’ll react, perhaps another hint that she’s into girls. A cute and petite girl when she was only a baby .
